Tarzana TreatmentCenters, Inc. (TTC) is seeking a highly organized, engaging and self-sufficientfull time Operations Supervisor/Program Coordinator to oversee Medications for Addictions Treatment(MAT) outreach, community education, presentations, and networking activitiesin the Palmdale/Lancaster area. The MAT Outreach Coordinator will work closelywith the Clinical and Operations Supervisors to raise community awareness ofservices provided by TTC Palmdale, in particular MAT services. The MATcoordinator will be responsible for engaging with potential referral sourcesand increasing the number of patients seeking MAT services at the TTC Palmdaleclinic.

In addition tooutreach activities, the Program Coordinator provides supervision, support, andassistance to the MAT/NTP staff, and provides counseling services to patientsas needed. The Coordinator will assist in scheduling admissions,follow-ups and manage the NTP daily calendar.

PositionRequirements:

• Knowledge of Evidenced Based Practices, Co-Occurring Disorders and/or Recovery Oriented Models of Treatment, and Motivational Interviewing 
• Strong written, oral, communication and social skills
• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Current Certification as an Addiction Treatment Counselor in California
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working full time in Substance Use Treatment 
• Experience in MAT Treatment a plus
• Must have valid California driver's license and the availability of a car with adequate insurance
• Must have computer skills and familiarity with electronic health record, daily charting, and documentation
